1. Data controller

2. Data processed

• Full name
• Email address
• Message content
• IP address: only to prevent abuse; held briefly in memory and never added to the email. The hosting providers' (Vercel, GitHub) access logs record your IP address for their own retention periods.

3. Purpose

Your data is processed only to receive your message and reply to you. It is not used for marketing or any other purpose.

4. Legal basis

Your explicit consent, given before you send the form (KVKK Art. 5/1).

5. Transfers, including abroad

To reach the controller and be stored by them, your message is transferred to servers in the USA run by the providers below. This transfer is based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 9):

• Vercel Inc. — hosting of the site and the form server
• Resend — delivery of the message by email
• Google (Gmail) — storage of the message in the controller's mailbox

6. Retention

The site and form server do not store your message. The message is kept in the controller's mailbox for at most 2 years and then deleted. Resend keeps a copy of sent emails in its account dashboard for its own retention period.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it and its purpose, learn who it was transferred to, ask for correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damage.

8. Requests and withdrawing consent

To use your rights or withdraw consent, write to vgozen44@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.

9. Cookies and tracking

The business card uses no cookies and does not track visitors. Pages are saved in your browser cache only so they work offline.
